Yes! bounSky lets you easily switch between test user accounts that might have different attributes, and this is frequently used to expedite troubleshooting.
e.g. if you use Enterprise Voice, you might consider creating test accounts with different Voice Policies. If a user complains of problems calling overseas numbers, you can switch to the test account that has overseas access quicker than you will be able to change your own voice policy to match.
Other users rely on bounSky to quickly toggle between their own personal account and a ‘dummy’ account that’s used to manage Call Forwarding or Team Call settings for a group. (The ability to drive bounSky from the command-line can make this process as easy as double-clicking on a shortcut on the desktop).
